Notes
The living quarters are on 3 floors. The ground floor has a big entrance hall and our store room. The first floor has the huge and beautiful kitchen/dining area with its magnificent traditional stone hearth and Airstream S150 - Speaker/streaming music system , a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom with a second bathroom and utility room. On the next floor there are two double bed bedrooms, one twin bed bedroom and one single bedroom, a bathroom and a wonderful living room with French windows and fantastic views, as well as a large smart TV + board games. The top floor has another lovely bedroom with a double bed and it's own bathroom. The house also has wifi.

The house is full of character and good with facilities for our party of 12. The place was clean, showers are lovely and kitchen was well equipped. Jaime was so helpful and facilitated everything quite wonderfully smooth. Thanks for showing us around the stunning apartments too, and meeting Richard was an special honour too.

We had a wonderful week of celebration and relaxation in this beautiful old house in this amazing and peaceful area. The views from the house and garden are wonderful and the house itself is very special and is very old but very comfortable. Four couples fitted in easily and had their own bathrooms. Jaime who looks after the property and the guests could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Olmeres was everything we could have wished for. My wife and I were joined by our three grown up children and partners in our first visit to the Picos. We enjoy active holidays, good food and wine and a place to stay with character, not a modern box. This place ticked so many boxes, fabulous views, gorgeous old wood floors and furniture and plenty of space for the 8 of us. The house has an old country house feel, sympathetically modernised. Our only quibble was the kitchen was a bit small for our enthusiastically foodie family, although we availed ourselves of the large stack of wood by the excellent bbq most evenings. The village is tiny but a few minutes drive from an excellent local restaurant across the valley. Owner Richard was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and obviously loved the place.
