This property is currently in the process of registering with the Andalusian Tourist board under the DECREE 28/2016 law and is waiting for its "licencia de primera ocupación".
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3rd floor apartment with sea views.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with lift access, the bright spacious lounge has air conditioning/ heating, DVD player and stereo system. The comfortable leather sofas and dining table provides ample seating for a small family or 4 adults and the patio doors open out onto a good sized private terrace with outside dining area and fitted barbecue area overlooking the communal gardens and pool, with sea views. The bedrooms have two single beds in each of the rooms and a ceiling fan in one. The main bedroom has also a wall heater fitted, and small balcony with sea views. There is a fan and electric heater in the other bedroom, meaning this property is perfect for out of season holidays too. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/ hob, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, toaster and kettle. Both bathrooms are shared, one with a fitted shower unit and the other with a bath with shower. The tropical gardens and communal pool are well maintained. There is secure off road parking available to this property, although a car is not essential.
La Siesta is just a few minutes walk to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the beach, golf course and bus routes are within 5 minutes walk from this property.

A perfect destination for those of you who wish to take advantage of the winter sunshine, and be spoilt for choice between some of the 30 - 40 top class golf courses on this stretch of the coast - also known as the Costa del Golf. The beautiful ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only a 2hour drive away - ski one day and sunbathe the next!
Mijas Costa is ideally located on the the Costa del Sol the aptly named sunshine coast. Set between Fuengirola and Marbella and just a 20minute drive along the coast from Malagas international airport. Miles of sandy beaches and clear blue seas, with all the necessary amenities close to hand. Shops bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The perfect location for all age groups.
This is the ideal base from which to explore the area both locally and further afield. Whilst there are good local transport facilities, we would recommend that you hire a car for at least part of the time to see what the area has to offer and to make the most of your holiday. Key places of artistic and cultural significance, including the historic cities of Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Sevilla, Jerez and Cadiz, are all within a 2-3 hour drive. Gibraltar is little more than an hour away.

A £20/€30 non-refundable accidental breakage fee is payable on each booking.
Changeover days are normally Saturdays but can be varied in negotiation with the owner.
