Torre de C’an Peroya is a luxury villa situated in the tranquil countryside between the two historic towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. Nestled in the mature gardens resplendent with fruit trees are the four-bedroom main house with a large (50 sqm) swimming pool, a guesthouse (optional), a barbecue house with summer kitchen and large covered terraces.

You drive to our villa via a country road and gain access through the villa's private, electric security gates, which make this villa feel very exclusive and secure. The use of local stone and materials has been incorporated throughout the design of Torre de C’an Peroya, creating a traditional Mallorcan finca of the finest quality. This theme continues inside with the use of terracotta tiles and white-washed walls giving the feeling of tranquillity.

The villa is surrounded by stunning, manicured gardens where there is lots of space on one level for the children to play in - all within eye shot of yourselves. The large (50 sqm) pool is at the side of the house and is surrounded by a covered terrace with a comfortable seating area. There is a lawned garden surrounding the pool terrace and many sun loungers. Furthermore there is a guest house on the property (optional) situated 50 mtrs away from the main house. The two houses are seperated by a large orchard with citrus trees. A footpath connects the two houses. The guesthouse consists of a double bedroom, a spacious lounge, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

This is a fantastic place for a family or group to enjoy each others company, either relaxing or being active surrounded by beautiful scenery. As the swimming pool is located close to the villa, it is an ideal choice for families as you can keep an eye on all of the activities from the comfort of your sun lounger.

The interior of the house is very stylish and cool where neutral tones create a calm and peaceful the ground floor, there is an open plan living/dining area which leads out through sliding doors onto a very large shaded terrace with comfortable seating and a large dining table where you can enjoy a cool drink, overlooking the pool. Leading from the living/dining room, there is a country style semi-open kitchen and a large larder/utility room. On the groundfloor are three double bedrooms of which one has an en-suite bathroom and the other two share another bathroom. Stone stairs lead up to the stunning master bedroom with a large double four-poster bed and spacious en-suite bathroom. Doors lead out to its own terrace, with fantastic views over the pool, gardens and the surrounding countryside.

There are ample terraces, both open and covered, to enjoy the wonderful outdoors with views of the surrounding mountains. This is a wonderful opportunity to rent a spectacular rural retreat just minutes from town and coast.
