This apartment met our expectations in a very good way! It has a great location, practicly on the beautiful Las canteras beach, it is close to various local shops, supermarkets and the big shopping centre Las Arenas. We found the apartment to be clean and well equipped with a good kitchen. The owner is easy to get in touch with if necessary:) The terrace is also super!

I can't compliment this apartment enough. It is right by the beach with an unrestricted sea view. The terrace is spacious and really nice with a small table and two sun chairs. Apartment was just perfect for 2 adults but it could fit easily 4. There are 2 separate bed rooms, a modern bath/toilet and well equipped kitchen. The situation of the apartment is also just great there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The communication with the owner Mr Court functioned also very well. He responded quickly and gave good instructions. We were greeted by Maria who did efficient check-in. We are very pleased and got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Gerardo and Maria for a great holiday in Las Palmas!

Gerardo's beautifully designed apartment was perfect for us, very comfortable and in a great location. It has a lovely large terrace with views out over Las Canteras beach and the ocean. It is extremely well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of entertainment options and very good wifi throughout. Only a few seconds from the beach and boardwalk it is also quiet and peaceful in the apartment. There are many supermarkets and some great restaurants within five minutes walk.
