Sunny, well located - near all kind of shops, amusement parks, only 500 m from beach, 3 km. from centre of Benidorm. 35 km. from Alicante, and 10 km. from Altea.
It has a hall, Large livingroom, bedroom and kitchen with storeroom, and on the front terrace there is a closet with a bed of 190 x 150. In the livingroom the sofa is also a double bed of 140 x 190.
The building is nice, and has a beautiful garden with 2 big pools.
It is very suitable for people who like to do sports, have rest, and also for families with children. It is totally equiped, has airconditioning cold/warm, wifi, tv-sat and garage for the car. Registration number for "Generalitat Valenciana": VT-444142A.

Excelente apartamento. Completísimo. Bien situado, a cinco minutos de la playa. Piscina muy grande (tres), y el equipamiento inmejorable: TV de gran tamaño, satélite, android tv, horno, microondas, tostador, frigorífico, vitro, lavadora, lavavajillas, y un menaje abundante, hamacas, toallas, de todo. Muy agradecido a Ingebord por su hospitalidad. Excellent apartment. Very complete. Well situated, five minutes from beach: Big three pools, all kind of facilities. Big TV, sat, android tv, oven, microwave, all apliances, a lot of household, towels, everything. Really appreciate Ingebord´s hospitality.

Central property. Good location. Fully Modernised. Small and compact. Warning Electricity is exspensive though.. we paid £156 for 6 weeks but were out most of the time and away for a week as well. But thats Spain for you. Got all you need. You can see the video on youtube if you put in la Siesta 9 to see what you think before booking. Would we stay again..Yes.

Dear family, This review is not for my property. You stayed in another one. Mine is in La Cala de Villajoyosa. Maybe it a mistake of the computer/spain-holiday... But it is nice you had a good holiday. Ingeborg Posthuma
