Our property is on three floors, ground with terrace and small garden, first floor with terrace/balcony and a roof solarium. The swimming pool and secure children's pool can be seen from our front door. They are enclosed in a fenced area and are accessed via a locked gate a stones throw from our door.
The property consists of an double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, separate bathroom, open plan living/dining area, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms and a fully working fireplace in the lounge. There is a travel cot, plus bedding, and a high chair suitable for a 0-2. Our property has WIFI.

Excellent from the booking through to leaving . Andy provided us with up to date information regarding the issues with covid and the pool use was more than helpful being flexible with arrival date etc. . Property was exactly as per the pics. Very homely and very clean and tidy. Everything you needed was to hand. Comfy bed . Good air con (NEEDED AS SO HOT) and a great shower. Local residents all really friendly.15 min walk to local town and lots of good places to eat in la Alfoquía with really friendly local people. The wife says don't review too good it's perfect and needs to be kept a secret for our next visit 😎👍

We had a lovely relaxing week and as we used to live 10 minutes drive away a few years ago it was great to reminisce and visit our friends who are still there. The house is extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. The standard of cleanliness throughout is great too. We certainly hope to return again in the future. Thanks Andy.Jan October 2019. P.S. As you say flies come with the territory but a trick we discovered was a ceiling fan on the terrace. Flies don't like downdraught!

We loved our week here, we made sure we got out and about locally (by foot) and found some lovely bars/cafe's within 15 min walk, our last night we found some more hidden bar's so wish we could have been there longer! The locals were very friendly and most of the time my children were the only ones in the pool, so they had it to themselves! The accommodation was perfect for our needs, we only used the property for sleeping as we were out most days into the evenings. For me, it's one of the only places I've been to and not been eaten alive by mosquitoes - didn't see any!

Case Amanda is well equipped house.We love the new addition o& the coffee machine . The pool is great for both swimming and relaxing It’s easy to access lots of beaches and other attractions Thoroughly recommend if you want a relaxing holiday in the sun
