We spent two wonderful weeks at The Cabin in July 2019. The location is perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be close enough to the coast and all that it can offer and the mountains and the fantastic villages and towns nearby. The cabin itself has everything that you will require and the single Ac unit in the living area even in the height of summer is efficient enough to cool it down. Once outside there are a number of different areas to sit, relax and take in the views of the mountains around you. The pool was a perfect size for us and our 8 year old to enjoy. Sitting around the pool at any time of the day was like being in your own little oasis. Mike was very helpful prior to arriving and his directions got us there easily. Mike is a real gent and was happy to help whilst we were there if there was anything we needed. He lives close by but was not intrusive and would message if he was going to pop by. It was a lovely touch that he would arrive with some local eggs or on our last day deliver a couple of beers and some ice lollies for our son. All in all it's a 10/10 from us and we would have no hesitation in coming back again in the future.

We have been staying at the cabin for many many years. This was our 6th visit & we always have a fabulous holiday there. We cannot fault the cabin & it's beautiful garden & pool. Mike is the loveliest man, a brilliant host & always available if needed.

We had a glorious week in Mike’s cabin. Mike met us when we arrived at 9pm with a warm welcome and a bottle of wine and explained everything we needed to know. The cabin is in a lovely peaceful location and is well equipped, the pool is really lovely although as it was March it was a little chilly. Mike was just next door for any issues and popped in a couple of times to check we were ok and to bring fresh eggs and lemons from his garden! It’s only 20 minutes by car to the coast and nearest large supermarket. Overall we had a very lovely relaxing week and would highly recommend it to anyone.
