Luxury villa in Cabo Roig next the beach

Can’t praise this villa enough! The pool was a great size and very clean. The outdoor furniture and seating were very comfortable as were the beds. The villa was equipped to a high standard. It is in a quiet and stunning residential area within flat walking distance to the sea, local supermarket, marina and restaurants. We got a pre booked taxi from the airport and then hired a car from Luzcars.com which was delivered to the villa - easy! There is a lot to do in the area and in Torrevieja.would recommend Stella Maris at the marina. Wish we could pick up this villa and take it to all the other countries we would like to visit!

We have stayed in a few villas over the years and I personally felt this was one of the most relaxing. The area is very peaceful and the villa's grounds are so tranquil. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor furniture under the veranda is very comfy - my younger son fell asleep out here several times!! The villa has been designed well so that inside the villa stays quite cool so you can cook in the fantastically equipped kitchen without dripping with sweat. There is also a filtered water tap so you don't have to buy bottled water. The showers are great and the beds are very comfortable with high quality linen and pillows. The Cala Capitan beach is literally across the road so you can pop down here later in the day when it's less busy or you can take the scenic coastal path to Cabo Roig beach which has the addition of water sport activities. We ate out a few times and La Bahia was my favourite. Even better was the great takeaway delivery service we got from Costa Delivery - the curry from Taste of India was great. There is a great supermarket within a 7 minute walk which also has a café if you want to have breakfast here. Everywhere is flat so quite easy to walk to everything you need, however I think a car would have been useful as we wanted to visit other nearby resorts and didn't find booking taxis that easy for last minute plans. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to be able to go back soon. Thanks Roland :)

We have rented lots of private villas over the years and I have to say this was one of the best. It is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate and all of the dealings with the owner were straight forward and easy. We travelled as a group of six with 3 teenagers and an 8 year old. Plenty for everyone to do in the area. You could get away with not having a car The villa is very close to the beech (sandy and ideal for families) and the equipment provided in the villa was not lacking in any way. Highly recommended and I am sure we will be returning again at some point in the future - thanks for a great holiday

We spent a long time trying to find the right villa for us to rent. It had to have a pool, near the beach and with Wi fi, you would not believe how difficult these 3 simple things are to find in 1 property. Luckily, we came across this stunning villa and could not believe the price - we quickly booked it up! Roland was very accommodating on dates, gave us very detailed instructions on the facilities available and had different rental packages. On arrival we were knocked out by just how beautiful the villa is. From the décor, the facilities, the pool, the gardens, the showers, the sunloungers - everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is of the highest quality. Ron (who does the handovers) was a really nice guy and gave a quick tour as well as a run through of do's and dont's (not needed as we had read our pack from Roland!!) and then even gave us a lift to the local shop to get some provisions. In reality it was only a 6 minute walk away. A really nice touch from Roland was a very large bottle of red wine waiting on arrival - much appreciated. All in all, a fantastic villa, truly stunning and I could not recommend it highly enough!!
