Dear guest,

Please take note on your arrival date you have to pay the invoice's balance due in cash with euro currency and a deposit by credit card to cover possible damages also in euro. Deposit will be refunded on your credit card (with an additional 1% fee or a 3% in case of American Express) after the apartment’s inspection and only if no damages have been found. Please also note, in the total amount, is not included city tax, which is 2.48€ per person/night, and other extra costs if check-in or check-out is been made out of the regular schedule.

Check in starts at 02:00 PM but we always try to accommodate guests with earlier arrivals. It's extremely important that we have a precise arrival time in order to organize your arrival:
Check in after 09:00 PM has an extra cost of 30€.
Check in after 12:00 AM has an extra cost of 50€.
