If you like quiet rural location while being handy to town for services then this is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the beautiful region

Comfortable villa with a lovely peaceful garden, close to the town but nicely away from the hustle and bustle. Great location to explore the coast and travel into the Picos de Europa for all the mountain activities. Ana was a very helpful host with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area

La Braña is a perfect place to stay for anyone who is interested in exploring every possible facet of Asturias and Cantabria. One can walk to nearby restaurants in Bustio and Unquera. La Franca, one of Asturias's loveliest beaches, is only 4km away, there is a very nice outdoor community pool and fine examples of historical architecture in adjacent Colombres, and the list of side trips doable from the property is endless. The house is adorable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable and all appliances function perfectly. Good water pressure and instant hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. The dishwasher was a big plus for us. La Braña offers the very special combination of a quiet night's sleep just a jog from family friendly restaurants and close proximity to the coastal highway. Ana is a very lovely person who made our check-in and check-out super easy. We loved the place, recommend it to others highly, are definitely thinking of booking it again in the future.
