We stayed at the apartment at the end of October and had a great stay. We had been looking for a long time to find a suitable apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the price-quality value of this apartment. The owners have been very responsive and provided all the requested information promptly. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the lady who keeps the key and cleans the apartment; she gave us a quick tour and explained how everything works plus gave some tips about the area. The apartment is exactly as displayed on the images and description, clean, well taken care off and well equipped with all you need. The pool is large and very clean with plenty of sunbeds around and some good shade available as well. We have not had any problem finding parking space on the street near the entrance gate. Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje are all within a short drive; supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within few minutes walking distance, but we would recommend a car to be able to see more of Tenerife. After our return the service was good as well and we promptly received our deposit back. We will most definitely come back to this apartment again the next time we travel to Tenerife.

We stayed with the intention of relaxing in the lovely Tenerife sunshine and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that. Recently refurbished it is perfect for a couple with everything we needed to cater for ourselves when we wanted to, a fantastic shower, a lovely big bed and excellent WiFi. The apartment is in a large complex with two pools, one of which is heated. There are plenty of sun loungers and when we were there, there were not many other people around. The pool area is well looked after but does not have shaded areas or parasols for those who might want to get out of the sun. They were building pergolas whilst we were there but just how much shade they will provide is questionable. The area outside the complex has restaurants and shops within a short walking distance and the apartment contains bags and a shopping trolley for you to carry heavy loads. Having visited Tenerife a lot we didn't hire a car and explore but there are places nearby where you can do that or book excursions. Overall we would recommend this apartment if you want to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday.

Location, complex, apartment are OK but there was no WiFi, there was no swimming pool with warm water (January 2018).

Philippe (the owner) was very proactive and helpful during the whole process from booking to return of deposit and we are so glad we chose and were able to rent his wonderful apartment. The apartment is very modern, decorated to a high standard and very clean. It has everything you need. The complex is very well maintained and the pool area is great. The location is good with quite a number of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. within walking distance. The village of Las Galletas is just a short walk away too. There is also a great bus service into Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Costa Adeje, Gulf del Sur etc. We would definitely recommend choosing this apartment if you want to stay in Costa del Silencio and we will definitely stay there again ourselves.
