Guests are required to pay a deposit of EUR 300 (by card) on arrival to cover any damages that may be incurred. This deposit will be fully refunded within 24/72 hours after check-out and is subject to an inspection by the accommodation to assess if there has been any damage.

No stag or hen parties can be celebrated in this accommodation.

For stays longer than 28 days, the cost of supplies (water, electricity and gas) are included up to a limit of 150€/month, more than enough to enjoy all the apartment comforts. The tenant will pay for the difference if the limit is surpassed. The internet is always free.
