Notes
The two bedrooms with singles can be converted to super king doubles if required, theres also a pull out bed for an additional bed if required. All bedrooms have fitted wardwrobes, chest of drawers and fans. All linen is provided, including duvets and extra blankets for the winter and spare sheets for the summer. We also provide pool towels.
The living area has comfy sofas, wi fi, dvd/tv, many books and games We also can provide, cots, high chairs, and most things required to make your familys stay comfortable. As parents of 4 ourselves we want to provide as much as possible for the travelling family - we know what its like to travel with kids !!!
A wood burner heats the house, and an electric heater is in the bathroom. The house has 60cm thick walls and a very well insulated roof to keep you cool in the summer and cozy in the winter !!
The Shower room is fitted with a walk in wet room shower, sink, toilet and bidet, underfloor heating, and is fully tiled.
The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy a home away from home, with gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave cafeteria for quaility Spanish style coffee and a kettle for the tea heads - i might even give you a couple of Yorkshire tea bags !!.

No words are enough to simply convey The perfection of our holiday. Los Olivos is a magical gem That we hope to visit again and again. The climb through the mountain is definitely worth The view from the top, it's heaven on earth. To catch the Eagle majestically fly Above the mountains which kiss the sky. To swim in the pool, or read in the shade And dine on the terrace to watch the day fade. We slept like babes and ate like kings And truly appreciated the simpler things. It's the world as it should be, unspoiled and pure, When life is much simpler it has more allure. To our wonderful hosts, both two-legged and four We miss you already, we'll be back for more. We can't thank you enough for sharing with us Your slice of heaven in the Alpujarras.

Wow, our first poem review !!! What can i say, what can i do, Life is simply not the same without you. The pictures you drew, of the animal crew, Left us amazed of the talent displayed. Now you've suprised us, a reply is a must. I don't know if we can without too much fuss. Here we are trying, to read without crying. I don't know if we can, but we'll definitely raise a glass to you and your clan. Your Husband's divine, likes a glass of wine, always a smile, and i'm sure he goes the extra mile !! Los Olivos is always open, to people with such words that are spoken. It is indeed the jewel in the crown. A peaceful escape, from the rat race, bliss once you open the gate. To sitting outside, drinking fine wine, enjoying everything that for a day is mine. Soaking up the breathtaking view, is all one can do. When faced with such natural splendor . If only you could fly with the eagles, look down and see where you are. You'd know we will never be far.

We stayed in Ieuan and Sonia’s property in August 2017 with our 3 children age between 6nand 15. The property was lovely with the most amazing views you could wish for. It was like being on top of the world, making it hard to leave the property at all during our stay! The house was clean and comfortable and felt like home. The pool was lovely, although not the biggest pool it was big enough to swim in and was reasonably warm due to its modest size. Ieuan and Sonia were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The town is only a short drive away and although the driveway seems a bit hairy the first time, you soon get used to the track. Beaches are around 45 minutes drive too so there’s plenty to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in booking again next time we go to Spain.

We traveled there looking for a place where to relax and have some fun with family and friends. We found much more. Sonia and Ieuan are a lovely, friendly, helpful couple always willing to solve any inconvenience or request you might encounter. They speak perfect English and Spanish, so no communication problems are bound to appear. The house is very, very light and airy. The views are impressive and the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you visit the place in summer, having a bath in the swimming pool while you revel in the views of the valley is an incredible experience. If you do in winter, you will cuddle in front of the fireplace when the sun goes down while spend the sunny days visiting the hills and villages nearby. The rooms and beds are large and comfortable. In a nutshell, I will go back for sure.

Three adults and two children were comfortably settled in Los Olivos, a wonderful 3-bedroom stone house with pool and terrace overlooking Órgiva. The owners were responsible and generous, offering us eggs from their chickens and providing a warm welcome. Once you make it up the steep drive, you truly feel on top of the world, surrounded by orchards and mountains. The property is ideally located, providing access to hiking in the Alpujarra, exploring the towns of Bubión, Pampaniera, Capileira and others, and simply relaxing in the country. We would definitely make a return trip. We were able to prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoy sunsets, eat breakfast on the terrace and sleep peacefully at night.
