The remaining 70% to be paid to owner's bank a/c - 6 weeks prior to holiday start date + A security deposit of 200 euro (refundable damage fee to be returned to guest x 14 days following vacation). INSURANCE: Guests are requested to have their own Holiday Insurance cover. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests per stay - 4 persons. MINIMUM STAY: This property requires a week (7 days). There are Two Parasols - 1 for Terrace/1 for Beach use + extra small garden chairs x 2 + 2 Sun loungers and 2 extra Sun relax garden chairs + Shopping bags + Freezer bags provided for guest use. RULES: No damage to property or contents beyond normal use. This is a non smoking property. (ashtrays provided for use outdoors). Pet are not permitted in the rental property under any circumstances. All debris, rubbish & discards to be placed in rubbish bin. (Large bins provided across from Street gates on urbanization Calle Xoriquer/Calle Mila. This is the second time me and my partner have been to this lovely villa. It's like home from home. Great location. Near to shops, beach and restaurants. We got to meet the lovely owners. And just want to thank Anne and John for renting us there lovely villa, and making us feel really welcome. Xx

We travelled with our teenage son and daughter and found this property perfect, everything we could’ve possibly needed for a comfortable stay. Aircon throughout, blackout shutters on all windows and doors, comfortable beds, a great terrace off one of the bedrooms and a great patio/garden off the living room that has a gate out to the pool, which is about 15 feet from the gate. The grounds are beautifully kept and the complex was quiet, with some lovely families, mainly German and Spanish and some English. 6 or 7 mins stroll to the bus stop into town, another 2 minutes to a beautiful beach, Km’s of golden sand. Bikes are handy, did a fair bit of cycling, Denia is a beautiful town, great food, lovely vibe. Visit the castle, we also did a hike on Montgo, start early and get back before it gets too hot, check your route carefully and bring a map, once on the mountain, signs aren’t great. Did some scuba diving with the dive shop down on the marina, good gear, great guide, lovely dives. All in all, we loved Denia, the house was fantastic, we did Hire a car which just made it all that much easier; shopping etc.... John was kind enough to show us around the town on our first day, gave a lot of great advice and took us to a great, value for money car rental. John and Anne were lovely and Mairead the property manager was so efficient and helpful. This is a top notch property, owned by a salt of the earth couple and run by a top notch manager, would highly recommend to a couple or family.

This year was our third visit to this lovely house. The property is exceptionally well presented and is clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided and more! The house is on a small and well tended estate in easy walking distance of the nearest beach, shops and bars. There are many beaches to choose from, windsurfing, paddle boarding and any number of water sports are available. Dénia town is around 10 minutes drive or a short hop on the bus from the end of the road. We found the pool, just outside the garden gate, to be clean,, quiet and very convenient. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday again. Thank you Anne and John for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home from home.
