Alojamiento de buena calidad, lo recomiendo a toda persona que busque tranquilidad. El ingles es indispensable para comunicar con el proprietario y con el equipo que recepciona.

First there was the issue of check out time. Having originally requested dates and times (afternnon check out for evening flight) and receiving a reply "confirming those dates were available" We arrived to be told we needed to be out by 10am on our last day. When I queried it I was told "I confirmed the dates, I didn't actually confirm a late checkout".... no, but you didn't say it was a problem either..... didn't get the villa details until approx a week before we were due to travel after several emails and promises to send them. Response times very slow by the owner. Property has been up for sale for a while and is becoming shabby, curtain tie backs falling out of the walls and odds and sods. Quite a cockroach problem too, we had several visitors on a daily basis! The photos are well out of date. We chose the property because we could sit on our balcony and see our kids in the pool (aged 12 and 13) but the hedge and tree have grown so much you can't actually see the pool from the villa. Complex president verbally aggressive with the kids. First day they took lilos to the pool. This is not allowed - fair enough, a simple lilos are not allowed in the pool, can you take them out would have been perfectly acceptable. "Get those f**king lilos out of the pool" directed at my children in a very raised voice was not acceptable. He did later apologise but it wasn't a great start to my kids holiday as they are not used to being shouted and sworn at! The complex is mostly residential, and the permanent residents don't really appreciate holiday makers. There was a long list of don't - no noise, no balls, keep off the grass, etc. My kids are respectful and not tearaways at all, but they do like to play on holiday!! One or two restaurants locally, but you do really need a car to stay here. We had one so not a problem for us. Nice area, Quesada town is lovely. Would definitely stay in Quesada again, but not in this complex. This is really not a place to take children for a fun holiday!

Me and my family had a great holiday at Las Cerezas Estate. House was fine, clean and comfortable. Big pool for adults and other one for kids sized ok as well. We had actually everything we needed. Asked for children safety gate and got it. Well working air conditioning, big bath, nice beds, all house in tiles. Safe area however if door or window left open then.. we all know what might happen. But there are grating windows and there is automatic-opened gate. DVD player giving us trouble because couldn't read our own cd's for some reason.. A bit noisy equipment that should be replaced. What else there is no remote control for it. Satellite TV - nothing special. Just some free channels from all over the world. Some cheapest Sky pack would do. And no internet connection in the house. I have mentioned these things only to show what could be changed to make the house even more comfortable. It didn't bother me to much. Holiday is holiday, a time to get rest however different people have different expectations. Why not drinking wine in the evening, eating local fruits, watching good movie on tv/dvd or talking on skype with family/friends and sharing with positive feelings?? We were happy with the house and would recommend it.
